Technique Candidate Lines

In Box 9 (right-bottom), we check the candidates.

We see that for 4 the candidates are in one vertical line.

We can now eliminate the other 4's in the vertical line outside box 9.

We can see now that we have a single candidate, number 2, in the right upper blox.
